Wild Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
1 c Van Dyk's Wild Blueberry Juice
1 c Frozen wild blueberries
1c Almond Milk
1 tbsp Wheat germ
1 tbsp Flax meal
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
For a green version add in 1 cup of spinach and increase almond milk to 1 1/2 cups before blending. If using fresh fruit add in a cup of ice before blending.
